Description

The included .STL files are for 4 different-sized guitar pedals - however, I made the Fusion 360 design parametric, so that it can be resized. I wanted something that I could vary the thickness, height, width, and length to suit most rectangular pedals. If you have access to Fusion 360, these can be can be resized to whatever size you need, by changing those variables.The Fusion 360 parametric design can be downloaded here: https://a360.co/2OlDwta This design was roughly based around https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2365655 although there's a bunch of others available online. The pictured examples were printed in ABS for strength. UPDATE (Sep 2020): Since the Fusion360 changes, I've uploaded a modern Ibanez pedal size - made from the online specified measurements. This hasn't been tested yet, so feedback on the fit is appreciated. UPDATE (Aug 2021): I've uploaded additional designs with thicker (6mm) base and sides - since the thinner ones were prone to breaking. The newer design is also tweaked to hold the pedals firmly enough to stay put without elastic bands. Due to the ease and accessibility of PLA, I've sized the newer 6mm brackets for printing in PLA - use triangular 20% or more infill. Again, these have screw holes, but work great with velcro. These brackets allow quick positioning of pedals without needing to stick velcro directly to the pedal or screw anything in. Once they are printed, just throw some velcro on the bottom and slide the pedals in. The provided STL files are only sized for the pedals I had access to (see photos). PLA settings I used for the 6mm brackets are: 205C nozzle and 60C bed on an ender 3 glass bed, with black Aurarum PLA filament with 0.2mm layer height and 20-40% triangular infill.
