PeRL - Tiltable

PeRL - Tiltable

Description

This is a tiltable version of the PeRL I've remixed to engrave tumblers. Theres probably a fancier way to tilt it but this was a quick design solution. I've included the cone head I use as idle grip. I also use a four jaw centering chuck (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5791) that I couple to the motor with a RIGID coupler. I use some modified jaws to be able to grip larger bottles. Follow the instructions from the original PeRL for most of the assembly and for the parts list (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3729460). You will need some extra hardware: 2x 1/4-20x1" - Hex bolt 2x 1/4-20 - Wing nuts 1x 1/4-20 - nut 1x 1/4-20x4.5" - Square neck bolt. I used a 6" bolt and cut it to size. 1x 5/16x3.5" - Hex bolt 1x 5/16 - Nut The assembly is pretty straight forward, the pictures should give you a pretty good idea how to assemble it. The two towers are meant to be 380mm apart. Thanks to TommasoEngineering for the original design. I've used it for some time and it's surprisingly efficient.
