UM2+ HotendFanAdapter 40mm to 25mm with y-limitswitch expansion
Description
A small adapter, to mount a quiet 40mm fan instead of that noisy 25mm hotend cooling fan. The heating cartridge and sensor cable should fit right in... ...after putting the 40mm fan on, while guiding the power cable through (take the cable out) we can put the cables in place. Now we mount the adapter, using the 2 old screws as well as those two long ones while putting the hotend back together =) Put the "Xpander" on the left short end of your !x- axis! (the one which triggers the endstop of course, to prevent the new fan from beeing crushed while homing the y-axis =) ! this is gonna reduce your buildspace by 10mm on the y-axis ! ....and reduces the noise, especially during the cool-down-process :)
