FFCP 2016 Filament holder
Description
The Creator Pro filament holder are very limited to the Flashforge specific spools. Several other filament holder already exist but for many versions the friction is rather high. Various holders are using bearings but they are either complex or not flexible in use. To eliminate this issue I designed a new simple version, the minimum spool hole diameter is 45mm, for smaller holes other bearings have to be used. This holder consists only of 3 self built relative simple parts, 2 bearings and one screw. **And it really works great, no tangling since days!** The design was inspired by: * The great and flexible low friction holder from [DrLex](https://www.thingiverse.com/DrLex "DrLex"): [1741096](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1741096) It has many and partly complex parts. * The easy to use and to build version from [Fireflynj](https://www.thingiverse.com/Fireflynj "Fireflynj"): [2138600](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2138600) I used it for years but it has high friction with large heavy spools. * The very interesting version from [Mark_Landsaat](https://www.thingiverse.com/Mark_Landsaat "Mark_Landsaat"): [2291172](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2291172) Similar to 1st version. ... and much more great ideas ... **Changes in V2** 1. The fixed part has become more massive to mount it more accurate. 2. The roller has been made cambered to make it self-centering. All V1 and V2 parts are compatible and can be used optional. **Changes in V3** The axis of this version is rotated upwards by 3 degrees. Some spools still climbed up towards the end of the axis.
