You need 2 pieces hexagon socket M5x15 screws and 2 self locking nuts. You have to stop printing the knob at 9mm height and insert a M6 nut. For mounting on the guide rail, take a M6 carriage bolt. Reduce the square of the carriage bolt with a rasp.
