ProBoat River Jet 23" nozzle

ProBoat River Jet 23" nozzle

Description

Everybody who have a ProBoat River Jet knows that the original nozzle is not efficient on little steering changes, then it makes this boat horrible to control. So I decided to design a new nozzle with the same diameter than the propeller outlet, and it works very well! I adopted a jet plane style for the nozzle only for the look. It mounts in replacement of the guenine part. I also designed a propeller ball only for the style, this part is not mandatory for the nozzle efficiency. It's simply clipped on the propeller outlet. Printed in PETG for the solidity. **2021/08/04 Edit:** Users reported me that arm was not very solid on the nut seat. So I modified this area with increasing the tickness. I hope it will be sufficent. "Nozzle V2" file includes this modification. Greg from "Pro-Boat River Jet 23" Facebook group reported me that the steering axle was a little bit too high on his boat, and he added a 2mm washer between arm and rod to be perfectly fitted. Due to the fact that it's not a problem encountered on mine, I prefered to create another version that includes this thickness on the downside of the arm. This version is the file "Nozzle_For_Steering_2mmLower". Thanks a lot Greg for your review! I created this version for you. Please leave me comments and pictures if you have issues with these parts. I will modify them. Thanks.
