Constitutional Arms CA-40/E (Discount Kang Tao-41)

Description

This is a fan-made kit for the Nerf Stryfe to turn it into a rough approximation of a Kang Tao-41 from the upcoming CD Projekt Red video game Cyberpunk 2077 (or, in my headcanon, a Constitutional Arms variant of the platform). This is, in my opinion, an easy way to get a KT-41 with only a stryfe vector kit and a bit of modification. If you want something more screen accurate and of a higher quality while also needing more intensive modding skills, I highly recommend Clark3DProjectRed's version of the KT-41 found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3984125 Headcanon explanation: Seeing the success of the Kang Tao's model 41, Constitutional Arms in the US decided to give the design their own spin. Through the right bribes and the correct (if not completely legal) means, they were able to produce a few runs of these firearms. Despite it's apparent similarities, CA couldn't quite figure out how to match the fire rate of the superior Kang Tao fire arm, opting instead to cut their losses and create a semi-automatic version for the civilian market. Cheaper, yet harder harder to find due to the short manufacturing run, the CA-40/E is seen by some organizations as a more versatile platform due to the fact that it shares a lot of its parts with both the more plentiful KT-41 and the rest of the Constitutional Arms line of weapons. This leads to more modification, greater accuracy, fully-automatic fire, and the use of additional ammunition types. In short, its cheaper than the KT-41, and worse out of the box, but it can be made into something great with the right person doing the modding. Real Life explanation: Was too lazy to fully 3D-print Clark3DProjectRed's version and learn the processes involved in making it work, so I figured I'd make a body kit for my Stryfe. Pair this with parts from lct890's Stryfe Vector kit, and you've got everything you need to make a firearm fit for anything you might need to "do" in Night City.
