Micro PTC Heater Case for Printer Enclosures
Description
I deigned this thing as a alternative heating solution for Printer Enclosures. I'll be using Octoprint to run all the features of my enclosure, and I didn't want to use a relay to switch a small 110v space heater on and off, so I designed this case around a small PTC air heater. It's designed to mount a heater such as this: https://www.ebay.com/itm/100W-PTC-Car-Fan-Air-Heater-Constant-Temperature-Heating-Element-Heaters/174106221654?_trkparms=aid%3D111001%26algo%3DREC.SEED%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D225074%26meid%3D2d6cfc36da0e449192f845a5f2ea1763%26pid%3D100675%26rk%3D4%26rkt%3D15%26mehot%3Dnone%26sd%3D132442479424%26itm%3D174106221654%26pmt%3D1%26noa%3D1%26pg%3D2380057&_trksid=p2380057.c100675.m4236&_trkparms=pageci%3A55bc7d6a-4d06-11ea-9f28-74dbd1800f79%7Cparentrq%3A35c441471700a9e42a468a73ffe2f4e0%7Ciid%3A1 Only prep work you have to do is clip the two screw mounts on the front of the heater flush, and unclip the fan wires from the fan up to the motor. The wires won't fit otherwise and must go in before the fan.
