Direct Drive Creality Bltouch -- Remixed from Prusa alike extruder for Ender 3

This is a remix of zuzix3D https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3719561 -- I ran into a couple of minor issues when attempting to install this on my ender 3 pro. The first issue I had was the Chinese V6 hotend was a bit too loose. I removed 0.5 mm from the mounting surface of the extruder body. The other issue I ran into was the bottom bolt on the x carriage hit the new extruder. I created a pocket in the extruder body to make room for that bolt and nut. BLtouch mount was added and made adjustable to fit different brands. For cable routing, I created brackets to go on each side to make it clean and tidy. zuzix3D created a great design and deserves recognition for all their hard work.
