I also did a lot of test printing and the chopper and motor mount fit much better together. Use the STLs for the chopper where all the pieces are on one plate. Let me know if you need that pieced out. Here is a remix of the VertiBird I designed and posted last week. I had this rescue ship and helicopter as a kid. I split the ship into 7 pieces and each fits on the bed of an Ender. You will need all the pieces I've shown here. An Arduino, 2 motors, motor controller and 2 potentiometers are required.
