TBS Source One RunCam Hybrid 4K Camera Mount
Description
This is a set of mounts for the RunCam Hybrid 4K camera on the TBS Source One frame. They will also work with standard single mounting hole micro (19mm) cameras. There are separate files for angles from 20 to 45 degrees in 5 degree increments. This should fit any flying style from long range to racing. The crossbar at the bottom is primarily to help print bed adhesion. It can be left in place or cut away. There is plenty of clearance behind the camera to mount the 20x20 board on the bottom plate using the holes on the v0.3 frame - especially when using the HI models. On my models, the +V, GND, VIDEO, RX, and TX leads go under the board and the camera signal wire is toward the rear of the quad. The SD card slot and switches are on top of the board as mounted with the SD card on the right side. If in doubt, print a HI model - it's only about 2mm difference. Like my GPS mount for the TBS Source One, I may add files to the repository as changes and improvements are made. I'm always looking for feedback and suggestions. I print primarily in PETG for quadcopter parts but this should work fine in TPU or PLA+. It's not a high stress part and is plenty robust for more brittle filaments such as PLA or even ABS. Credit to Bambusgott for his "RunCam Hybrid Dummy" which helped me to design this part before receiving my actual camera/ You'll see his model in my 3D mock up views from the design screen. Also visible on those models is the heavy duty GPS mount I designed for the Source One frames. SEBA_P voiced concern on the 20 and 25 degree mounts not fitting properly. I have redesigned those parts, printed them, and verified that they properly clearance the camera body from the board when mounted as pictured. I removed the 15 degree mount entirely since I doubt anyone wants an angle that low and replaced the 20 and 25 degree files.
