Remix Of Nikodem Bartnik Dremel CNC Z-Carriage for Mini V-Wheel Support

Description

Remix of this remix: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3765468 Designed my own Z-Carriage to allow addition of mini-V-wheels to use the included 2040 extrusion as extra torsional support, to increase rigidity and to have a more stable spindle\bit. Have also included a rear 'support' gantry plate for the mini-V-wheels. I have included the original designers (HyperRC) two X-Carriage designs as reference, since this design is based on, and requires his X-Carriages. Much thanks to him for his great idea. He has 2 versions, one using M5 and the other using M6 bolts (depending on your extrusion spec) Parts needed for mini-V-Wheel runner: (This excludes the 2040 V-Slot profile, and the bolts needed to mount that, suffice to say that the 2040 extrusion should be cut to the same length as the other cross-struts used on the base of the DIY Dremel CNC - X dimension) 4 mini-V-wheel kits... (They should include standard 6mm spacers, and 2 1.4mm washers each) 4 Eccentric Nuts. (6mm with 7mm 'guide' lug) 4 by M5 by 40mm bolts (Button-head or Hex-key socket, either will work) Assembly: The top two wheels are assembled using a 6mm spacer, washer, wheel (with bearings), second washer and second 6mm spacer. The bottom two wheels are assembled using an eccentric nut, washer, wheel (with bearings), second washer and a second eccentric nut. Then through the backing plate, and secured using nylock nuts.
