Ai3M Piranha Belt-Mount
Description
This is a Prusa-inspired Mount for the timing belt of the X-axis of the Ai3M. Belt changes are very easy with this and it looks cool. ;-) I use belts with steele-core made of Polyurethane. These are very stiff. The .stl file also fits the standard belt, but it is a little bit loose and with an good amount of force, you can pull the belt out. So there is a second .stl with thinner slots (for rubber belts). It is simply mounted on the original carriage by using one cable tie. Centering is done by the part itself. Have fun printing! UPDATE 10/2020: I added a stiffer version of the belt mount. After 7 mounths of use, I discovered a small crack at the mouth of the piranha. This should be fixed now.
