Joey Scout Patrol Woggles
Description
Some Joey Scout Units will find it helpful to divide their scouts into patrols for some activities. Unlike cubs and scouts their are no formal patrol badges for Joey Scouts so instead I make these woggles for their scarves. Likewise my Joey Scouts take it in turns to be the patrol leader so I have a patrol leader woggle that they can pass on from week to week.
