MPCNC - Alu Frame 30x30mm (Multi T-Tracks / T-Slot Quad Tracks)
Description
I have modified and optimized a couple of thing at my MPCNC. Especially for a better calibration but also stability I have built the MPCNC on a Alu frame (30 x 30 mm). These accessories contain the following parts: - Frame corner for Alu profil 30x30mm (to be used with the standard MPCNC bottom_cornerF and bottomM_cornerF parts). The standard MPCNC corner can be mounted (M4 screw) on top of the frame corner (see images). - XY-Bracket for Alu profil 30x30mm. The braket can be used for drag chain mount for X and Y axis. - X-Bracket for Alu profil 30x30mm. The braket can be used for drag chain mount for X axis. - Y-Bracket for Alu profil 30x30mm. The braket is a mirror from X-Bracket. - TTrack Connectors (with and without screw). The connectors can be used to built a CNC bed based on Alu profils (see images) - All parts are designed to be fixed/mounted on the frame with T-Slot Nut Sliding Block Slot 8 - Type B - M4, M5 or M6 The parts are designed for metric screws M4, M5 and M6. I'll add parts here in case of designing new parts or thinking something is useful, therefore it will be considered as "work in progress". ###Update### - wall mount (to mount protection "wall" on alu profiles)
