v slot extrusion wheel with 608zz bearing tpu (hard)
Description
I want to create my own wheels for v-slot aluminum profile and my own open-source mechanism for linear motion, I made these wheels to fit snuggly the 608zz bearings which makes them kind of big, but it's the only bearings I had laying around so for those of you in the same situation its an easy quick solution and it works very well, I want to make a smaller version with a pc wheel for a smaller bearing, but this is a start for the most common bearing, and the hard tpu really works well because it grabs on to the rail very well, and it makes the fitting of the bearings easier. Not saying it's a masterpiece, remix it sell it do whatever you wish with it and if you have any suggestions on making this a better fit leave a comment, any feedback or remix is appreciated. I hope they are useful for someone out there! I left the .ini profile for flex that worked for my Prusa, kind of slow (45 min per wheel) but it works ok so that's all that matters atm, cheers!
