Choke/balun case for center fed dipole antenna

I really liked the [Dipole / Inverted V Balun Antenna Centerpiece](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4092694) from [kaliway](https://www.thingiverse.com/kaliway), but it was a bit of an overkill for a FT140-43, so here's a redesign. Features: - smaller, thinner and more compact (should be less than 5-6 hours to print) - thinner thread for the lid - center mount to secure the ferrite core, with 3 holes for zip ties - M4 screws for the dipole wire - SO-239 connector - reinforced holes for the screws - more holes in the lateral arms for extra reinforcement or a dual/multi-band dipole Due to the smaller size and restricted space, you might want to use a bifilar winding instead of the traditional "coax over ferrite" wrapping. Can be printed with no supports.
