Astronaut space suit costume valve and connector
Description
Magnetic valve and angled connector made for a space suit costume. There is space for a 7x4,5mm magnet in the parts which holds them together and makes a really nice sound when you put them together. I positioned the magnet poles so that each part only go together with parts in the same color. The hoses from the bagpack was made from 16mm foam tube with canvas around it. This was hot glued to the angle connector. The helmet was made in EVA foam using Lost Wax templates: https://www.lostwaxoz.com/shop Insigna and name tags were made with a Silhoutte Cameo and heat transfer vinyl.
