Cyclone dust aspiration for vaccuum cleaner
Description
I have created some parts to connect my china cyclone to a 30l barrel. I created a cover with a security valve and also a connection screw for earthing. **It's necessary to strengthen the barrel from inside otherwise you have to open the security valve that it isn't leakproof. ** You can see that for this Barrel (30l) I made a wood "ring" in 4 pieces and screw it together inside of the barrel, because it's not possible to bring it complete inside trough the opening. I printed all the "normal" parts in PLA and the gaskets in TPU (Das Filament / Black). The cover-template.stl is only to make it easier to drill the holes to the barrel cover. Before you install the security vaccum valve you have to drill the middle hole in the cover to 6.5 mm and please debure the upper and lower edge of the hole, that the screw can move easy. I used a M6x55 screw with this <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2683377" >"Sterngriff"</a> and a spring 0,8 x 7,7 x 35 mm. ** I thread cutting all the M6 threads in the ring and the vaccum valve and the earthing screw, so that they move smooth.** Partslist: 1x spring 0,8 x 7,7 x 35 mm or smaller 1x hexagon screw M6x55 4x clinder head screws M4 x20 for Cyclone (I thread cutted M4 thread to the cylclone assembly holes it is not perfect but it works) 10x cylinder head screws M6x20 for cover 1x cylinder head screw M6x50 for earthwire to barrel (on picture you see a hexagon screw but this is not easy to assemble, so i changed it.) 2x cylinder head screw M3x10 for earhwire for pull relief
