Vibration damper for Kenwood dough kneading machine / food processor My wife makes the best pizza in Town. If the original vibration dampers (5 feet) of the "Kenwood Chef" dough kneading machine crumble, you would face bad times – if you couldn't offer a quick solution. After designing, a suitable filament material had to be selected, such as PLA-Soft, PLA-Flex or TPU S-Flex. It should be elastic and rubbery, have a vibration-absorbing effect and do not slip away on the granite base. With the 3D printer, 6 pieces were printed (1 reserve) and installed in the Kenwood dough kneading machine. The new vibration dampers are now in use for half a year and have proven themselves. It is important that the hole remains in the center, so the structure becomes stronger if at least 4 perimeter shells/walls are set in the slicer. The vibration dampers have a diameter of 15.2 mm and the support is 4.2 mm high. The cones fit into the 5 piece of 8 mm holes of the machine. Nach dem Entwerfen musste ein geeignetes Filament material gewählt werden wie PLA-Soft, PLA-Flex oder TPU S-Flex. Es soll elastisch und gummiartig sein, vibrationsdämpfend wirken und auf der Granitunterlage nicht wegrutschen. Mit dem 3D-Drucker wurden dann 6 Stück gedruckt (1 Reserve) und in die Kenwood Teigknetmaschine eingebaut. Die neuen Vibrationsdämpfer sind jetzt ein halbes Jahr in Gebrauch und haben sich bestens bewährt. Wichtig ist, dass das Loch im Zentrum bestehen bleibt, somit wird die Struktur stärker, wenn mindestens 4 Konturen/Wände im Slicer festgelegt werden. Die Vibrationsdämpfer haben einen Durchmesser von 15.2 mm und die Auflage ist 4.2 mm hoch. Die Zapfen passen in die 5 Stück 8 mm Löcher der Maschine.
