Creality Ender 3 - Dual Noctua Fan Extruder Housing
Description
This extruder consists of two parts; Housing and lid. The lid is just a small piece to hold the housing together. The idea behind this extruder is that I wanted one that is compatible with the original heating element and minimalistic. Also, I wanted to fit two Noctua silent fans for the part and heater (actually bought two Noiseblocker fans instead). This extruder lets you: - Use the Creality Ender 3 original heater - Fit a 20x20x10 mm fan on the heater - Fit a 20x20x10 mm fan on the part - Easy cabling - Easy mounting (using same holes) Print it using a 0.4 mm nozzle with 0.1 mm layer height. The "in-part" support is "hardcoded" in the design. Print it upright with at least 10mm brim. A raft is hardcoded as well. Once printed, remove support and raft, sand it underneath for a smooth result. Use cooling and print it slowly. I printed mine in PLA and it doesnt deform even when printing ABS at 260 degC.
