Clip-On Raspberry Pi 3B+ Case for AnyCubic i3 Mega (and Mega-S)
Description
IMPORTANT NOTE: These are the clips only! You will also need to download the case by G0rki (link is in the paragraph below) I was looking for a Raspberry Pi 3B+ case that would clip on to my i3 Mega-S. None of the ones I found seemed quite right - many of them mounted with screws, and many of them were designed with the original AnyCubic i3 Mega in mind, and I was worried that there would be clearance issues with where the Mega-S has the spool holder, filament sensor, etc. I wanted to be able to mount to either the front or the side of the side rails on either side of the printer, and have the freedom to slide it up and down to choose my desired mounting height later. So I took the case by G0rki (Which you will need to use these: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3293019) and created some mounting clips for it by frankensteining pieces off his original backplate with the Clip-on cable guide by Bearded_Engineer (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2861622). Note that my picture doesn't show a cable management clip, but they are included. Update 03/04/2020 : Rearranged clips to be closer together for people with smaller build plates, and added a cable management clip that has a channel for wires on both front and side instead of one or the other. Update 03/06/2020 : Oops, somehow the front-mount and front+side cable management clips were a bit messed up. Fixed. Update 03/08/2020 : Slightly improved strength of some of the clips * If you have a Raspberry Pi Zero W, try this one instead: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4593690 Check out my other Anycubic i3 Mega accessories! https://www.thingiverse.com/dtylerb/collections/my-anycubic-i3-mega-designs If you liked this remix, please post a make!
