This is my DIY electric surfboard. I have used it on a 125l surfboard For the fin adapter you have to design your own fin, because im pretty shure that my fin wont work in your surfboard It goes at a top speed of 20km/h with a 60kg person on it I used for the battery compartement a waterproof electronic box and sealed the inlet with airplane sealant (RTV) Runtime with 2ea. 10'000Mah batteries aprox. 20min on full power Do not try without water cooling. Both ESC began to burn on the water in version 1 :D I added a switch to turn on water pump seperately Shopping list: 2ea.
