This is a 1980's Cobra SNAKE Armour arm joint. A nice MARS OEM place holder in case you lost the original or need to experiment with Cobra amour. You may need to drill the hole to fit based on your printer. Please feel free to contribute designs to the GI Joe community. We are so under represented in the 3D prints that are available.
