Ender/Tevo low profile part cooling fan duct
Description
There are a load of these part cooling ducts on Thingiverse, none of them quite met my needs, so I decided to remix one of the better ducts. My core problem was I already had some LEDs stuck to my hot end casing, and I needed to make space for them. Also I had been using one of the popular ring ducts, but as it's only supported by the fan attachment bolts, it sagged over time with heat from the nozzle, until it hit the print. This remix fixes both a number of problems with the design, and improves the airflow of the original, which only cooled one side of the part. I added some internal vanes to direct the airflow all around the duct. I cut back the casing of the duct which did nothing but align with the front of the hot end case, so there was space for the LEDs. I also tightened up the tolerance of the clip that retains the left end of the duct inside the hot-end case. Finally I made some slots to allow the wiring for the LEDs. The Thingiverse 3d model preview is incorrect, there are no gaps in Cura or 3dsMax, as you can see from my photos.
