Ingress IFS award badge generator + specops/svg support
Description
This adds specops to the Ingress IFS award badge generator. Everything else is the same. Additional info: The source code shows how you can easily add any additional badge not covered by using the openscad import SVG command. Any anomaly, event, etc, can be made in to a badge. Here's a source for a bunch of existing SVGs (https://github.com/cr0ybot/ingress-logos/tree/master/badges). Just delete the background and you can use any badge - or import your own!
