Hemera 20x20 v-slot rail mount
Description
You can print this, how ever its best to mill it from aluminium. Not all 20x20 rails are made equal, this fits a rail with a groove of 6.10mm x 90°slot and Ø24.00mm wheel. Use countersunk fasteners. The v-slot tensioner bolt has to be ground or milled down to fit the 3mm gap between the mount and the hemera, use a washer. Fasteners needed. 4x m2x6 countersunk. 4x m3x6 countersunk. 2x m5x30 countersunk. 1x m5x30 hex (the hex has to be ground or milled to fit the gap).
