FANTOM Wallet
Description
I reversed modelled my FANTOM Wallet 1st generation. I cross fitted printed components with the real wallet, and everything seemed to fit or be accurate enough to function properly. The geometry is slightly changed to the original in order to make the parts suitable for printing. You can use these files for replacements parts, give a new look or print an entire new wallet. The wallet will be a bit flimsy if you print the plates in plastic. I recommend to cut them out of another material. I also added DXF's of the front and back plates so you can laser cut these parts. For assembly you will need M2 hex screws, I got mine here: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32838717345.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.27424c4d0SYKmt I recommend drilling out the holes with a 1.5mm drill bit. Post your makes, would love to see them! NOTE: The design is optimized to be printed with a 0.4mm nozzle. This is in order to fit the plates properly and to assure proper alignment. Recommended layer height of 0.1 or 0.2 mm because the model consists of dimensions which are multiples of 0.2. If the cards are a bit loose you can put a bit of foam or a rubbery tape on the bendy part or lever part of the main frame. This will allow the cards to fit more snuggly. This is also how the original FANTOM dit it.
