Creality 10S Filament Sensor/Extruder Merged
Description
I got tired of the stock Creality 10S filament sensor falling off or getting in the way every time I changed filament. I didn't want to drill new holes or rivet it in place, so I modeled the existing filament sensor in SolidWorks and fused it to the tensioner on the extruder. Also extended the extruder tensioner to provide additional leverage (less finger pain). Printed with 3DSimplify. Used the original electronics/hardware from the Creality filament sensor in my design post-print.
