Remington Airacobra .177 single shot tray

Whilst I've modelled this from scratch myself, credit is to be given where credit is due as the design inspiration came from chris_KMN's kral single shot tray. If you have a kral, you should check it out as it works an absolute treat and is 1000x more user friendly than the stock version. This single shot flip tray is designed to fit the Remington Airacobra. I don't own the rifle myself but was asked if I could make one for a friend. The tray was tested by myself during the modelling process and by the rifles owner after the final version was completed.....so far no issues. Use a piece of 1.75mm filament for the hinge and glue/acetone weld into the tray body only. I've only printed this in ABS so cannot comment on the suitability of other materials. PRINT INSTRUCTIONS For ABS, increase all axis of both parts by 1% to account for shrinkage. (more maybe required dependant on your printer and print temp.) you will need to rotate the tray body so it it's stood on it's base best printed at 0.1mm layer height but will work at 0.2. supports are advised but it will print without. all mine have been printed slow at 30mm/s with 100% infill but again, feel free to experiment. You may need to touch up the holes on the tray body with a needle file if they don't look perfectly round.
