Description
I suggest you to print the parts in same positions like on the picture. Use support blocker for the screw holes because there are not needed. When print is done you have to cut out the holes. Used M3 screws to secure the parts together. You need 4 pieces 623 bearing for one cardan. Squeeze the bearings into their holes. Use 3 pieces 0.5 mm thick jointing washers on each side of the cardan cross. Thin tweezers make it easy to insert. If after mounting the cardan shaft may not be uniaxial, use a thinner spacer to correct it.
