Description
The teeth on my Yamaha lawnmower drive gear wore completely off, so I reversed modelled it and 3D-printed it in ABS and POM. Yamaha Lawnmower model? Printed with 100% infill ratio. It maybe could do with less to save some material. Thick and multiple walls are recommended for strong teeth. Specifications: Diameter outer: 100mm Diamter inner: 36mm N# teeth: 38 Module: 2.5 Angle of attack: 20 degrees
