Reduced Barrier AC Hose Plug
Description
I wanted a way to protect new hoses when performing an aftermarket air conditioning system installation, as well as a way to protect an open system. Since I didn't find anything commercially available to suit my needs, I fired up Fusion 360 and after multiple trial runs success. These were tested on Burgaflex reduced barrier hose, however reduced barrier air conditioning hose size is universal. Plugs should have a slight to moderate friction fit after printed when inserted into the hose to help ensure they won't fall out unexpectedly. The o-ring groove is designed to hold an appropriate size o-ring to make a water resistant seal.
