Re-usable Face Mask (please read description on retaining sterility)

Hi All, First thing I've actually added on here, but felt like I couldn't wait around while everything was happening with COVID-19 and not do anything. This is an incredibly simple, quick to print design for a face mask, that is reusable, and can utilise common household items to make the holding material and front 'guard'. We are at a stage where people need to be proactive in their approach to this virus, and that includes using whatever resources we have available to us to help reduce the spread. This mask frame aims to do that, by giving you a flat base with a living hinge that can easily be sterilised with normal household cleaners. The mask comes as two clasps, which hold a central piece of material (I have used a piece of kitchen roll as a demonstration - see the photos). You will need string or elastic (preferably something that can be soaked and dried in a cleaning solution between uses) for the back. I'm sure there are going to be people out there saying "masks don't protect you from the viruses". Yes, you are right (I'm a qualified microbiologist as a by the way). What they can do is reduce your ability to spread the virus. Notice the use of the word 'reduce'. Not remove, reduce. This only becomes effective if you properly disinfect the units between use (household cleaners, isopropyl alcohol etc.) and change the frontal face material often. Masks are almost completely unattainable at the moment, and we need some way to slow the rate of infection down. Using these masks will help, and even if that is a 1% difference, it's worth sharing with people. I'd rather people don't bombard me with questions unless it is regarding the design (do let me know if there is a flaw, and I can try to fix). Print in PLA at a medium resolution (might work on fast, have not tried it). Obviously it's nice to be credited if you share (and please do, we need to get this out to as many as possible to make an impact) but I do not want any re-imbursement for this, nor should anyone claim reimbursement for this design.
