My answer to a easy to print face mask, printed in PLA - "The Face Mask Card". How to make a good filter: 1. Take a cotton t-shirt or similar cut two pieces 22 cm. x 22 cm. 2. Lay a paper towel between the two fabric you just cut out. 3. Fold as in the instruction. Redesigned again, again,for easy Assembly, and print. Have changed design a bit I´m now down to exactly 3 gram 1 meter for one mask print Use a cloth or filter, change as often as you like. Printing time 22 min. 02.04.2020 Added a wider and stronger option of the Face Mask Card, but still down to 3 gram. FaceMASK9wide.stl Printing time: 26 min. Weight: 3 gram Filament usage: 1,13 meter Added 04.04.2020 This version is a bit shorter in length than the others and same width as the wider version MaskCARD9wide1Short.stl Printing time: 25 min. Weight: 3 gram Filament usage: 1,11 meter Added 06.04.2020 MaskCARD7For3LayerFilter (for 3 layer filter) Printing time: 26 min. Weight: 3 gram Filament usage: 1,14 meter I can see at the moment it gives an error when you click Download button, workaround: Click on "Things File" then on the blue button "Download" then you get it whiteout error..... I have tested that.
