Printed lid for a sqaure 12 cm Petri plate
Description
Reflections in the Petri plate lid is a common problem when imaging plant seedlings or other biological samples grown in Petri plates. This printable lid allows to very efficiently circumvent the issue. It is originally designed to be used for imaging with [SPIRO robot](https://www.alyonaminina.org/spiro), but can be implemented for manual imaging as well. The lid should be printed using matt dark filament. It can be easily sterilized under UV ( 2x15' is sufficient ) or by soaking in 70% ethanol for ca 20 minutes (sic!! it is extremely important to dry the lid for a loooooooong time to make sure no ethanol is left in the plastic pores).
