Cooling Controller for Enclosure
Description
Wanted to add some enclosure cooling as it gets too warm in there, it cant be good for the electronics, and PLA prints were failing due to heat creep. Had a spare power supply and an 80mm fan so drew this up. Needs a W3230 temperature controller, but this can be bought from ebay or bang good for loose change pretty much. Case to fit T-360-12 power supply, and clamps fit 1x1.75mm wire. Looking at printing a flexy seal to fit under it, but seems to work ok right now. No wiring diagrams, but im sure people can figure it out if theyre looking at this. My enclosure has inlet vents with check valves, designed by someone on here, and youll need an inlet if youre using this extract. Temp controller equires M3 brass threaded inserts, 80mm fan, 8 x 6x2 magnets for optional hepa/charcoal filter box, some connector block, and some screws to mount. If printing this power supply case, youll need mounting screws, a power switch and some wires etc. Temp probe just passes through pre-drilled hole in enclosure, and i designed a mount just to get it into a representative area of the enclosure for measurement. The Filter box is a remix just adding magnets, but cant find the original right now to give credit. Added the instructions for the controller as they were a nightmare to find.
