Duet 3 Enclosure for 4020 rails

<b><u>Updated to v1.8 - April 2, 2020 - Added recess to the back of the enclosure for M4 nuts for mounting the board. - Made changes to the outside mounting holes to accommodate M5 screws, this also resulted in the expansion of the wiring access on either side on the enclosure. <b>-- Older versions have been removed -- <b>_________________________________________________________ Turning my CR-10S S4 into something better. <b>- Newer, better motors from Printed Solid <b>- Lighter bed carriage <b>- Replaced all the rubber wheels and their components with ExoSlides (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4306666) <b>- Replaced the hot end with a Hermes <b>- Replaced the stock board and display with a Duet3D Duet 3 6HC and a DuePanel 7i <b>- Replaced the old bed heater with a Keenovo <b>- Solid State Relay for the bed heater -- mount (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4300180) <b>- Replaced the stock PSU with a Mean Well LS-350 12V in a custom vertical enclosure (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4251516) I made this because I couldn't find an existing one anywhere and I wanted an enclosure I could mount upright on the 4020. Remix it and make it better. If there's something you can think of that will improve it let me know. If I have time I'll make another version and add it with those changes.
