I designed and printed a Swadian Knight Helmet that is a character's helmet from mount and blade warband game. In fact, I printed angled one, you can see at photos. But, I designed radiused one for you. Because it is better than angled one. Wall thickness of the helmet is about 2,8 mm and it is important for printing. Finally, I share helmets with you. You can watch the video, via : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6VE2dUllYAo&feature=youtu.be Now, I will tell you how I made it step by step; Yes, you can see the printing settings, I printed this helmet with 0,4 mm layer height but it is not good choice. Because 3D printer made very fault during the printing. I suggest you print it with 0,25-0,3 mm layer height. You should use 0,4 mm nozzle and the wall line count should be 4. By the way, helmet will have 100% infill. However, some region of the helmet may not be 100% infill such as cross sections. It is not important. I printed the angled model and I broke into it pieces (12 pieces) much to print in shorter time. But, I shared with you the radiused model with 4 pieces. Whatever you want to print you can.
