80 40 30 20 vertical antenna SOTA
Description
This is a vertical antenna with a loading coil used for an antenna pole 6m. The coil should have around 60 microH. I have not measured it yet. It has around 60 winds on around 10cm with 5cm diameter. The coil tapping is done with copper tape coated connectors, that are put on the coil with a rubber band. You can then use the 3d printed clip, which has a coppertape surface for clipping on the coil taps. The radiator plug is a banana plug 3mm, the counterpoise banana plug is 5mm. You also need some bungee cord or rubber bands and copper tape and a BNC socket. Print both halves and glue them together with super glue. The small name tags can be slid on the counterpoise to mark the position to unwind for each band. UPDATE 1.5.2020: I added the fusion 360 file so if you need to adapt the coil a bit, feel free.
