Foot Door Opener for COVID-19 Emergency Corona Virus
Description
This device is designed to allow doors to be opened with one foot only, thus avoiding contact between hand and handle in situations such as coronavirus crisis. In public places such as workplaces, door handles are touched by numerous people and can carry a lot of germs and viruses (Corona virus can live up to several days on hard metallic surfaces). Print this item as shown in picture, then attach the item to the bottom part of the door with two screws or with a strong double-sided tape. In order to use the door opener, you have to fix the handle in the open position. You can do that with a rubber band or with a string, as shown in the pictures.
