Anycubic i3 mega BMG Aero mount
Description
This is a mount for the anycubic i3 mega and the BMG Aero (https://de.aliexpress.com/i/4000084805415.html). It is around the same as a Titan Aero, just with a bmg extruder instead. I did not see any mounts for any printer out there yet, so i designed one for the i3 mega. For assembly you need: - 1 5015 Radial Fan - 1 BMG Aero w. heatbreak and v6 compatible heatblock and nozzle - 4010 Axial cooling fan - Pancake stepper motor - Anycubic PCB - Printed parts: (MainBody v8, Fancooler v8, xstopper v2, PCB-Holder, Belt Tensioner) - For screws you need: 9x m3x10, 2x m3x20,2x m3x20 1x m4x20, 11x m3 nut, 8x m4 nut, 2x m4x10, screws included w. BlTouch (if using one), screws includes in BMG Aero kit BLTouch: The offsets for this build are: x: 28 y: -29 There are also some nozzle offsets, but it didn´t measure them yet. So please wait a bit until i measured them, and also maybe repositioned the y endstop.
