Updated Design for surgical filter (手術用フィルター / 외과 용 필터) in 3M Mask 3200 (Large Diameter Cartridge)
Description
The thread in previous design is not good so I learn a new software, Fusion360, to modify the thread. Now the new design thread become more smooth and is clockwise screw. In addition, cover is also added to protect the exhaust valve and minimise the short circuit of the aged air. My previous design in https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4187215 I try to create a cartridge that can prolong the usage of surgical mask filter. The diameter of the surgical filter is around 70mm. This filter surface area (70mm diameter) of the surgical filter which improve the electrostatic filter efficiency. The greater the surface area, the lower the air flow rate through the filter and result in higher effectiveness to capture the virus by electrostatic.
