Description
I made it thin but with some clearance, to save filament and minimize interference. I also uploaded a rounded corner version if you prefer that aesthetic. It fits nicely for me printed in abs on my a8, with an 0.4mm nozzle and 0.2mm layers. Note that the very thin walls (just 0.5mm) may cause issues depending on your slicer settings. If you see holes in the walls or walls missing altogether, try reducing line width and play with settings like 'print thin walls', etc (hint, in Cura I have 0.45mm wall thickness + print thin walls enabled). When sliced/printed correctly, you should end up with a single layer wall and no holes or thin spots (discontinuous joints in the corners is OK).
