5 knife, knife stand/ display
Description
This is a kind of remix of the knife stand and extension under the remix link I believe it is a little different in sizes but main design was based off of it. The connectors are longer so if you have longer knife like i did you can use them at full length or cut them to proper size. When the connectors come off the printer you will need to take a little tiny bit of the filament off only one of the edges. I did this so it had a nice fit and was not loose unless you make it loose. It also is really sturdy and has little to no wobble(depends on how much filament you take off). It also has no chamfers or filets or anything like that. It is a very boxy kind of design. The handle spots depending on the knife hold well with a flat sharp kind of end spot to stop from sliding down the display. The connectors have to be slid into place this is to hold better and not have the connectors fall out. If you put the extension to make it a double layer you will have to slide on the extension first and then the display sides or if you want the display to be smaller to have smaller knifes fit well on it with the extension then you can also put the display sides on the inside and then the extension on the outsides. This is my first model and I have printed it and it came out perfect for what i needed. It is also not a show piece per say because it is very box like on the corners but it still looks good and kind of modern.
