Desk mount for CalDigit TS3+
Description
I needed to reclaim some space on my desk and decided to relocate my TS3+ dock. This design can be used to mount the dock behind or at the side of your desk. The clearances are 0.15mm each (so it adds up to 2x0.15mm for both sides) for the sliding part. I added four M3x12mm Hex socket head cap screws with matching threaded inserts to assemble the two parts (don't go shorter). Of course you can be creative and opt for another solution. - Using rafts will get rid of any elephant foot that might prevent securing the dock correctly. - the orientation of the dock does matter!
