Laser Cut Face Shield (3-Hole Punch w/ Headband)
Description
Face Shield Designed for Rapid Production on Laser Cutter. Design combines many influences from others posted here and elsewhere (Thanks to all for inspiration) I've attempted to distill design down to simplest form and utilize readily available materials. This design is easily sanitized and can be reused. I suggest replacing clear shield material and rubber bands between uses and disinfecting. Materials: - 12" x 12" x 1/8th" Acrylic sheet (1 sheet = 4 frames + headbands) - 1 Sheet of 8.5" x 11" clear sheet (binder covers, projector film, etc.) - 1 3-Hole Punch (Set to standard width) - 1-to-3 Rubber Bands (add bands to size) Equipment: - Laser cutter (Settings on 50 watt laser = 15 speed/100 power/5000 freq) - Heat gun (For heating up and bending headband to ease installation)
