6 Hole Punch Spacer Jig
Description
This is a jig for drilling holes in sheets of material spaced according to standard american 3 hole punch. It has 6 holes in sets of 2, spaced one inch apart. I made this part to drill through transparency film for use on COVID19 face shields such as Joseph Prusha's design or the Matter-hackers design that have 6 hole punch, although it could be used for 3 hole sized drilling by using just every other hole My printer is too small to print the full part at once so I broke it into 2 sections which snap together like a puzzle Update 4/7/2020: I added the full one piece part if anyone needs that. I ran into some trouble getting the 2 halves to fit together. I ended up using a vice and file to make them fit. This problem should be solved by printing it in one piece.
