Ear Saver, Minimalist Fast Print, + 46 in one vase mode
Description
I am having most luck with putting as many Single ones on a build plate as I can fit!, vase Mode version is neat, but if it messes up its frustrating and you lose the whole thing vs just one or two of the singles! This design I can print 46 in 2 hours on my Anet A8 I made it so each piece is only an outer wall, minimal material, faster time. the one we see in the news looks cool, but they are not reusable and waste too much time and plastic (I could print 9 at a time in 3 hours) no use in making them that fancy. My logic on these is that they are disposable, so print as many as fast as you can, and have them get thrown away with the mask they where used on. I print about 200 a day and just keep them going to the hospital! in my opinion there is no 3d print that is ok to reuse in a hospital setting, even a good print looks terrifying under my microscope, I looked at one dipped in hydrogen peroxide and it still had air spots where the water tension did not seep into! The vase mode prints fastest, make sure you have your bed leveled perfect, once its dialed in its quick. I prefer just printing as many as I can fit on my printer because I don't need to cut them apart. This print is optimized for .4mm nozzle with 1 wall, no top or bottom shell.
