Mousewheel replacement for Vertical Mouse

Mousewheel replacement for Vertical Mouse

Description

When the mousewheel on my J-tech vertical mouse stopped scrolling I hoped all I needed to do was clean out some lint, but they don't use that method on this mouse. Instead the tip of the plastic wheel had broken off. I designed this part to see if it would work. Printed in PETG with a 0.4mm nozzle. It was able to do it, and the tip slid in tight enough to spin the receiver wheel, but it doesn't have the desired hex head. A smaller nozzle would be better. The first design is solid, printed with supports which were carefully removed and with a raft that I trimmed. Getting it into position was difficult the way the brackets are designed. The hollowed out part should be easier, but I haven't tested it. You might also want to rough up the wheel edges so the rubber outer wheel can grip better. My mouse model is the [J-tech V628](https://www.amazon.com/J-Tech-Digital-V628-Adjustable-Sensitivity/dp/B0759V6FZC/ref=sr_1_53?dchild=1&keywords=ergo+mouse&qid=1586466063&sr=8-53) but it might also work on the [Deluxe](https://www.amazon.com/Ergonomic-Vertical-Wireless-Adjustable-Removable/dp/B07G5BH3D4/ref=sr_1_31?dchild=1&keywords=ergo+mouse&qid=1586466031&sr=8-31) and [Flexispot](https://www.amazon.com/Flexispot-Ergonomic-Vertical-Adjustable-Computer/dp/B07XB7FXYP/ref=sr_1_47?dchild=1&keywords=ergo+mouse&qid=1586466048&sr=8-47) versions of that mouse.
